Enable Ford Performance Page (Instrument Cluster) on Your 2020–2024 Ford Police Interceptor Utility

The Performance Page is built into many Ford Police Interceptor Utility instrument clusters but may not be enabled by default. This simple FORScan change activates the feature without additional wiring, hardware, or physical modifications.

If you are not familiar with FORScan programming, please review our FORScan Software Setup and Programming Guide before continuing.

What You’ll Need

• A Windows laptop with FORScan installed and activated
• A compatible OBD-II programming adapter
• Your vehicle safely parked with the ignition switched on
• A backup of your original IPC As-Built configuration

Enable the Performance Page

1. Open FORScan and select the Configuration and Programming section.
2. Locate and open IPC Module Configuration (As-Built Format).
3. Make the following change to the specified value. Leave all other characters unchanged.

   Module	Address	Value	Change To
   IPC — Instrument Panel Cluster	720-17-01	xxxx-xxxx-xXxx	6

4. Select Write All to save the updated IPC configuration. Follow the on-screen prompts, then cycle the ignition power as instructed by FORScan. Continue following the safe programming and disconnect procedures in our FORScan Software Setup and Programming Guide.

Note: Typically, the X position on Ford Police Interceptor Utility models is set to 4. If your current value is different, do not make a change until you understand your vehicle’s current configuration. Contact us if you need assistance.

Access the Performance Page

After the programming process and ignition cycle are complete, use the steering-wheel controls to navigate through the instrument cluster menu.

The Performance Page should now be available within the cluster interface. Depending on your vehicle configuration, it may display additional vehicle data and performance-related information.
