Good to Know

  • Caution

    Expect 2 parcels. Main equipment will be shipped from our warehouse, while Ford OEM Display will be shipped from Ford PDC USA directly. Future Sync 4 software updates are not supported via OTA or Wi-Fi and must be performed in person at a Ford dealership or through Interceptor Innovations. FordPass (remote control) features will continue to function normally after installation, however, performing a Master Reset will deactivate FordPass connectivity. In that case, in order to restore FordPass activation, the vehicle must be reverted back to the original Sync 3 system and reactivated.
