Please note that this product does not include the steering wheel or any Ford OEM hardware. This listing is for the wiring kit only.
The kit includes all required OEM terminals, connector components, and pre-assembled pigtails necessary for the retrofit. However, you will still need to supply your own 22 AWG automotive-grade wire to connect the two pigtails together, as the required wire length varies depending on your installation.
The pricing of this kit is determined entirely by the cost of the genuine Ford connector components supplied through our Ford parts partner. These terminals and connector housings are extremely difficult to source, as they are not commonly available service or replacement parts. As a result, their cost is slightly higher than that of standard automotive terminals, and our retail price simply reflects the price we pay for these components.
For additional transparency, we have included a reference screenshot showing the typical retail pricing of comparable OEM connector components. As you can see, the pricing we offer is significantly lower than the standard retail cost of these parts. This reflects the best pricing available to us through our Ford parts supply network, and we have passed those savings directly on to the community without adding any additional markup.
