Shipping Policy

At Police-Lab, we understand that when you place an order, you're excited to receive it—and we feel the same way. That’s why we make it a top priority to get your items out the door and on their way as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing & Fulfillment Time
For all items listed as "In Stock", we typically ship within 2 business hours during our regular operating days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items will follow the lead times specified on their product pages or in your order confirmation.

Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship via major and trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post, depending on your location and the shipping speed you select during checkout. Every shipment includes tracking, and you will automatically receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Signature Required for All Deliveries
To help protect our customers and ensure peace of mind, we always require a signature upon delivery. This is a key step we take to prevent fraudulent claims or package theft, especially for high-value automotive electronics and accessories.

If you’re unavailable to sign for your package, the carrier will typically leave a notice for re-delivery or hold the item at a nearby pickup location. We strongly recommend planning for someone to be available at the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier and tracking has begun, the shipment becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
Please note that Police-Lab is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If this happens, we kindly ask you to file a claim directly with the carrier. We're more than happy to assist you by providing invoices, tracking information, or any other necessary documentation to support your claim.

International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship to customers around the world. However, please be aware that any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our pricing and will vary depending on your country’s import policies.
